Foxtons director leaves after 17 years to join self-employed agency model
A former Foxtons operations director has left the company after 17 years to join Harding Green as a partner.
Jas Dhaliwal has moved to the self-employed brokerage after a long career at Foxtons.
His previous roles included operations director at the agency’s Sloane Square and Shepherd’s Bush offices.
The appointment sees Dhaliwal move from a traditional agency environment to the self-employed broker model.
Dhaliwal said: “After 17 years at Foxtons, it felt like the right time for a new challenge, and I’m delighted to have joined Nick and the team at Harding Green as a Partner.
“I believe this model represents the future of agency, giving experienced agents the opportunity to offer a more personal and focused service.”

Former Strongman champion makes haart return in senior role
Former Army paratrooper and Strongman champion Ron Cole has returned to Spicerhaart as an area director for haart estate agents.
Cole, 49, will oversee operations across Middlesex and North London. He will also manage and develop teams across the region.
He brings 27 years of estate agency experience to the position.
Cole previously worked for Spicerhaart between 2009 and 2013.
He said the opportunity to lead a larger team was a major factor behind his return.
Cole said: “I’m thrilled by this opportunity to coach and develop a larger team across a wider region. That’s exactly what motivates me now.
“I genuinely believe that success comes from building people up, removing negativity and creating an environment where everyone believes they can achieve more than they thought possible.”
Away from estate agency, Cole previously served in the Parachute Regiment. He later competed in powerlifting and Strongman events.
He became Strongman champion for Watford and Hertfordshire and also competed internationally.
Cole said: “The Army teaches you that when things become difficult, quitting isn’t an option.
“It’s never just about yourself. You’re responsible for the people around you, and that mindset has stayed with me throughout my career.”
