Senior Hamptons agent joins Moveli
Hamptons associate director Mark Barnes has joined Moveli, the platform has announced.
Specialising in prime lettings and family house sales across Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and the surrounding villages, Barnes is ARLA qualified and holds NFOPP qualifications.
He has 12 years of industry experience, including more than 11 years with Hamptons, where he progressed through several senior roles, including head of lettings, senior head of lettings and associate director in Sevenoaks.
Moveli said the move comes during a period of “rapid growth”, with the broker network tripling in size over the past two years.
The platform enables property brokers to build businesses around their own names and client relationships, backed by the network brand, proprietary technology and marketing.

New managing director takes charge at Bellway West Midlands
Bellway has appointed Martin Wright as managing director of its West Midlands division.
A land and planning specialist with a 25-year track record in the industry, Wright, who was working at Bellway in a different role, takes on the position with the Tamworth-based division, following the retirement of the previous managing director, Ben Wright.
He said: “I am excited about the opportunity to lead Bellway West Midlands, a long-standing and well-regarded division within the Bellway group. Becoming the MD of a fully operational housebuilding business was always my goal and this move has allowed me to realise that ambition.
“Having worked closely with the West Midlands division in my previous role in the business, I have already built strong relationships within the business so the move feels organic.”
Wright joined Bellway in May 2025 from David Wilson Homes, where he had spent 13 years as development director, having previously worked as a land and planning specialist in roles for both national and regional housebuilders.
