Fine & Country hires Sébastien Tedesco as consultant and advisor

Fine & Country is looking to gain a solid foothold in France with the appointment of Sébastien Tedesco as consultant and advisor to the head office team.
Working alongside international executive consultant Jonathan Handford and the wider Fine & Country team, Tedesco has been hired to ‘play a key role’ in expanding the brand’s presence across the Channel and supporting the next stage of its international growth strategy, the company said.
Fine & Country said its ambition is to replicate the brand’s growth in the UK by establishing a “strong and sustainable network” in France. As part of this strategy, Fine & Country France will expand through a licensing model, with a set licence fee.
Tedesco has nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry and has held senior leadership positions, including CEO of Keller Williams France. He is also the author of a book on real estate, and coaches and trains professionals across the sector through advisory work.
Tedesco said: “Fine & Country has built a remarkable reputation internationally, and I look forward to helping bring this experience and expertise to the French market. Together, we have an opportunity to enhance this profession and create something truly special in France.”
Handford said: “France represents a hugely exciting opportunity for Fine & Country, and we believe the time is right to invest further in the market with the right people and the right structure.
“Sébastien brings exactly the kind of experience, leadership and understanding we need as we continue to grow.
“His knowledge of the French real estate sector, combined with his experience in developing people, businesses and brands, will be invaluable as we build our network and support our partners across the country.”
Handford added: “Our ambition is not only to expand through international licensing, but also to create a dedicated international team focused on supporting growth in key regions. Having Sébastien working alongside us is an important step in that journey.”
Nicky Stevenson, managing director of Fine & Country, said: “We are committed to building a premium real estate network that combines the strength of our international brand with the expertise, knowledge and relationships of exceptional local professionals.
“France is a strategically important market for Fine & Country, and our focus is on creating the right foundations for long-term success. Sébastien’s experience in leadership, training and developing high-performing real estate businesses makes him a fantastic asset to our brand.”
