Toby Anderdon returns to Savills flagship Sloane Street office
Toby Anderdon has rejoined Savills Sloane Street sales department as a director, coming from Knight Frank where he was a partner in the firm’s Chelsea office.
Anderdon, who spent five years at Savills before leaving in 2019, has more than a decade’s experience working in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Cited by Spear’s 500 as a ‘rising star’ in the early stages of his career with Savills, Toby has gone on to handle some of Chelsea’s most significant sales including several high value transactions in The Boltons conservation area and other parts of SW3.
Having opened its doors 40 years ago, Savills is the longest standing international property adviser on Sloane Street. Toby will be sitting alongside some of prime central London’s best known and most experienced agents who have handled many of the highest capital value sales within the golden postcodes. In his new role at Savills, Toby will focus on £5million-plus properties throughout Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Chelsea, working closely with members of the Sloane Street, Knightsbridge and Chelsea sales departments as well as colleagues within Savills Private Office to provide comprehensive advice tailored to high net worth clients.

Property Vision expands in the country with new home counties hire
Property Vision has announced it is expanding its country team with the appointment of Eddie Ruggles-Brise. He will be part of the buying agency’s home counties team advising clients on their property purchases.
Ruggles-Brise’s focus will be on locations to the north and east of London including Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Essex.
He has over a decade of experience in the property industry having also previously held roles at Knight Frank and Cluttons in prime central London and latterly advising buyers in the home counties.

TDS Group appoints Fay Selvan as chair
TDS Group has announced the appointment of Fay Selvan as its new chair. She succeeds Martin Partington, who has retired after 14 years of dedicated service.
With a strong background in chairing boards and committees, Selvan brings a wealth of experience to her new role at the provider of tenancy deposit protection and dispute resolution services. She has previously served as chair of Jigsaw Housing Group, Trafford Healthcare NHS Trust, and the International Network of Street Newspapers. She is also the CEO of the Big Life Group, a successful social enterprise with a turnover of £30m and over 750 employees.
Steve Harriott, group CEO, said: “Fay’s extensive experience and proven leadership skills make her the ideal candidate to lead TDS into the future. She is well placed to advance TDS’ purpose.
