James Burrows joins John D Wood & Co

John D Wood & Co. has announced the appointment of James Burrows as head of New Homes.

Burrows will lead the New Homes department to support a wide range of housebuilders and developers.

Burrows commented: “The opportunity to build and lead the New Homes department in a business with such a prestigious brand reputation was very appealing.

Myddelton & Major appoint Abi Isaac

Abi Isaac

Abi Isaac has joined Myddelton & Major as a lettings negotiator and property manager.

Isaac previously worked in building management and for Strutt and Parker in Salisbury.

She said: “My father, brother and partner all work in property, so I grew up appreciating the beauty and value of property.”

Isaac added: “I’m especially looking to forward to meeting all our wonderful clients and their homes and seeing the excitement on people’s faces when we hand over their keys and they begin the next stage of their property journey.”

 

Addland adds to senior team

Land platform Addland, based in west London, has added Proptech experts Sinead Hatter, Hannah Parker, and Jonathan Williams to its senior team.

Williams, formerly of Auto Trader UK, is the chief executive officer of Addland, which currently has 60 agents listing properties on the platform, including Savills and Bidwells.

Parker, who started her career as new homes sales manager for Fox & Sons and Barnard Marcus – both part of Sequence UK for five years, before moving to Zoopla for a further four as a New Homes Account Director, has been appointed as Head of Product.

Meanwhile, Sinead Hatter has taken on the role of head of sales and customer success, following 10 years at Rightmove where for the last three she has been an area director in London.
