Harding Green appoints Hugo Headlam

Hugo Headlam has joined London estate agents Harding Green as a property consultant.

The company, which offers sales, lettings and buying across parts of London and the Home Counties, is current adding to its teams, as it plans to expand to Wandsworth, Maida Vale, Earlsfield and Henley on Thames in the next month.

Sharon Flood to step down from role at Crest Nicholson

Crest Nicholson has announced that Sharon Flood will step down from the role of non-executive director and chair of the Audit & Risk Committee with effect from 30 June 2021 to focus on her current portfolio including recent unlisted additions.

Flood joined the board in April 2015 and has served the Company for six years, including as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

The Company is in the process of searching for a new non-executive director to be chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Octavia Morley, senior independent director and member of the Audit & Risk Committee will chair the group in the intervening period from 1 July 2021.

The Cumberland appoints David Robinson

The Cumberland has appointed David Robinson as its new head of intermediary lending as it aims to develop and scale its proposition both locally and nationally through intermediary distribution.

With more than 25 years’ industry experience, including as head of intermediary lending at Accord Mortgages and sales director at Shawbrook Bank, he brings a wealth of extensive experience across the UK intermediary market.

Robinson said: I am thrilled with the opportunity to grow and develop a strong intermediary proposition for The Cumberland, building on its enduring reputation in the lending industry.

“I’m very much looking forward to helping establish The Cumberland as a valued and trusted partner for the intermediary sector in the UK.”
