ERE Property makes new appointments in letting division

ERE Property has made new appointments to its letting division as it continues with its growth plans for 2021 and beyond.

The new recruits are property managers Prudence Wright and Sian Hawkins, along with senior property manager Gaby Madronero.

The Leeds-based company is also expanding its sales team and is moving to new, larger offices in Leeds city centre in May.

“We are committed to providing the highest levels of service possible to investors, landlords and tenants and investing in a high calibre team is integral to this,” Chris Stone, letting director of ERE Property.

He added: “There’s no doubt it has been a challenging year, but the property market is resilient, and we have taken this time to build a strong team to take the company forward, providing the optimum investment, management and lettings service.”

 

Propp appoints three new recruits

After launching in November, specialist finance price comparison website Propp.io has been busy recruiting.

Abbie Dickson-Davies joined the team as marketing manager and is responsible for growing the Propp brand and delivering a transparent and simple user experience.

Erin Hine has joined the company from John Charcol, bringing years of financial services experience into her new role as specialist property finance consultant.

has been brought onboard as a consultant, specifically working with buy-to-let investors.

Boutaina Cansick joins Johns&Co

Former Hamptons prime central London lettings director, Boutaina Cansick, has joined Johns&Co.

Following 14 years at years at Hamptons International, Cansick is now in charge of Johns&Co’s lettings division.

She said: “JOHNS&CO has always stood out to me as an agency that is doing things differently and I’ve always been impressed by both the quality of the team as well as the calibre of properties they represent.

“I am excited to be joining in what is set to be a year of significant growth.”
