Spicerhaart has appointed John Munday as regional new homes director for the M4 and Middlesex area.
Munday, 58, brings almost 40 years of estate agency experience to the role having worked for a variety of regional and independent agencies throughout his career.
He joined haart in 2018 and this promotion sees him taking the lead on new homes for the area covering the whole of North London down through the M4 corridor to Berkshire.
Munday commented: “The best part of working in new homes is being a part of the whole process from start to finish.
“We offer developers the chance to work with us from the very start – from planning through to the build and then marketing and seeing a new owner move in. We’re able to not only support developers at every stage, but also work with our outstanding national network of partners, property centres and branches to ensure that we’re reaching every possible buyer.
“My priority is to grow our business in this region by offering developers the best service available. I’m constantly delighted by the feedback I get about our fantastic sales team and I am confident that reputation will see us expand across this area.”
The new homes division of the Spicerhaart group provides expert advice across all the company’s estate agency brands.
Spicerhaart CEO, Paul Smith, said: “Not only do we offer outstanding UK coverage with our network of Partners, Property Centres and branches, but also our world-leading FLINK software which uses social media to show buyers their new homes when they’re not even looking.
“These services, led by outstanding people like John who brings an exceptional level of experience and knowledge, mean we’ve got all the right ingredients for developers looking for the best solutions for selling their property.”
