The star speaker at this year’s Property Management LIVE event is to be John Paul, managing director of Castledene.
The agency is current holder of the Lettings Agency of the Year title, and has been featured in a C4 documentary on benefits tenants.
Castledene was started by John Paul six years ago, with £500 and just three terrace properties. It now manages over 2,000 properties from seven branches in the north-east.
Property Management LIVE is being held at the Congress Centre in London on Friday, October 10.
