Century 21 installs new agent software

Estate and lettings agents working for Century 21 are soon to be operating on the Veco residential property system.

Century 21 has appointed Eurolink, which produced the Veco system, as its sole software supplier.

The system allows agents to access their property and client data whenever and wherever they are, plus it automates labour-intensive tasks such as rent collection.

Century 21, which was established in the UK in 2005, has expanded to a 49-office business. It aims to have 70 by the end of the year and 150 within the next three years.

Worldwide it has more than 6,900 offices and 100,000 agents operating in 78 countries.

Simon Jackson, chief operating officer and head of surveying at Shepherd Direct, owner of the Century 21 UK licence, says: “We wanted a system that could manage lettings and sales and which had the ability to make agents’ lives easier by automating some of the mundane, repetitive functions.

“It was important to provide a system to free up time for the offices to do what they are best at, which is showing people properties and talking to potential vendors.”

Eurolink has worked with the group’s lettings business, Central Lettings Solutions (previously named Direct Lettings), for more than six years.

Hmmmm.  My PMX Property Management software has automated rent processing for quite some time already, and the cloud-based desktop that I run it on is accessible wherever and whenever, from any device.
