The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) has launched a series of online knowledge hubs designed to help landlords navigate the private rented sector following the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act.
The new NRLA Knowledge Hubs bring together guidance, training, tools and practical resources covering regulatory compliance and day-to-day property management. The content is tailored to landlords at different stages of their investment journey, from first-time landlords to those looking to expand their portfolios.
The association said the hubs are intended to provide practical support as landlords adapt to the significant legislative changes introduced under the Renters’ Rights Act.

The hubs include a range of practical tools and services tailored to different aspects of property management. For example, the Tenancy Lifecycle Hub provides guidance on pre-tenancy checks and other key stages of managing a tenancy.
The NRLA said the launch comes at a time of significant regulatory change for the private rented sector, with landlords facing new legal responsibilities following the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act. It said the hubs are designed to help landlords understand their obligations and reduce the risk of non-compliance.
Ben Beadle, chief executive of the NRLA, said: “The NRLA has always led the way in providing trusted, credible and reliable guidance to landlords throughout England and Wales, and Our Knowledge Hubs are a natural extension of that trusted service. Unlike traditional webpages, or AI search results, they offer a bespoke, user-friendly portal designed to meet the specific needs of landlords across the market.
“With the market-leading tools provided by our Knowledge Hubs, landlords can feel confident that all of their questions – however niche – will be answered quickly and incisively by the Hubs’ resources, backed up by the incomparable knowhow of the NRLA’s experts.”
