Big regional agent signs long-term contract with Zoopla

A large regional firm has signed a long-term contract with ZPG.

Badger Holdings has 26 branches trading in London, Surrey, Middlesex and north Hampshire under its Townends and Regents brands.

Mark Goddard, managing director of ZPG’s property division, said: “We are delighted to have agreed a long-term relationship with Badger Holdings are looking forward to being their preferred portal marketing partner as they grow their business over the coming years.”

Nick Dunning Associates acquired Badger in February. Nick Dunning is a former director of Countrywide, where he was responsible for its lettings business.
