‘Best and final’ – do you provide buyers with appropriate guidance?

A self-employed estate agent who operates in east London recently held a ‘Best and Final Offers’ poll on LinkedIn yielded an interesting result.

Almost 50% of UK estate agents claim that they leave the process to chance – with no clues provided for the best buyers.
They admit to not intervening.
But could this ‘computer says no’ approach end up costing the client?

Simon Taylor, a self-employed agent that is part of the exp network, previously spent five years working at Purplebricks. He was the one who posed the question of LinkedIn, and has now taken to discussing the issue on his podcast, ‘Diary of a Self-Employed Estate Agent’.
