Belvoir has launched a new podcast, and the first episode includes an in-depth interview with CEO Dorian Gonsalves.

Belvoir, which operates a nationwide property franchise group, with 467 offices across six brands including Belvoir, Northwood, Newton Fallowell, Lovelle, and Nicholas Humphreys, as well as the group’s financial services division, Brook Financial Services, has joined forces with LandlordZONE, which is owned by Hamilton Fraser, to launch the official podcast.

Gonsalves said: “I am personally a huge fan of podcasts, which are incredibly popular due to their accessibility, and the fact that they can be listened to at any time – perfect for when you are driving or haven’t time to read an article or book.

“Producing a Belvoir podcast has been something our marketing team has been planning for a long time and the opportunity to do this by teaming up with LandlordZONE seemed like perfect timing. We aim to produce regular episodes throughout the year and will focus on topics that we know will be of interest to landlords, investors and anyone involved in the property market.

“This first episode takes an in-depth look at the rental market, and provide lots of hints, tips and helpful advice which will be particularly useful for DIY landlords. I also outline some of my predictions for the how I think the market may operate during 2022 and beyond.
