It gives you the chance to value homes around the UK.
Eye (who has of course never been an estate agent) was feeling rather pleased with our first valuations, only to be told that we had made a “few wild guesses” and offered a retake. This was a sinister reminder of our experiences at attempting to pass maths exams.

A very clever way of building up a property lustful audience, considering everyone thinks they can do the job of an agent. I wonder, though, how many agents score a "few wild guesses".
