Are you an estate agent or a moveologist?

When is an estate agent not an estate agent?

Well, according to one particularly glowing review on allAgents – of Bath firm Madison Oakley – the terms “move counsellors” or “moveologists” are more apt, suggesting a certain amount of mastery.

We think “moveologist” has a certain ring to it …

Imagine having one of those titles on your business card, the abuse you would get would be off the scale. Although I do prefer Move Counsellors

The only thing with using “move councillor” is that “councillor” is connected with negatives like…bereavement councillor etc……..I know it’s a bit American but what about “Move Buddy”

I’ve never liked the buddy word, for some reason I find it quite condescending.

But I agree, gotta be better than Counsellor!

I met an American Real Estate Agent once, who had “Making your dreams come true” on his business card. I have to say, he was making a shed load of money…

That’s probably because they charge 5/6%. At a 5% fee most of us would be making a shed load
