Andrews Property Group has announced two significant new partnerships with Taylor Rose, a well-known law firm with an established conveyancing department, and Credas, a major provider in digital identity verification.
As its conveyancing partner, Andrews will offer Taylor Rose’s service to its clients, while Credas will provide clients with access to its identity verification system that streamlines the process of anti-money laundering (AML) checks.
David Powell, managing director of Andrews Property Group, said: “We are committed to providing innovative, high-quality support, and these partnerships enable us to do just that by making both the legal process and identity verification as simple and clear as possible.”
Hannah Wright, head of new business at Taylor Rose, commented: “Our partnership with Andrews Property Group marks a pivotal step towards our mission to radically change the face of how estate agents and conveyancing solicitors work together. By becoming an extension of one another’s teams, we’re offering our clients one seamless solution which is so critically needed as they navigate the complex and emotive process of buying and selling property. At Taylor Rose it’s always been our aim to engage with partners who share our values of honesty and integrity, and this new relationship with Andrews Property Group accelerates our joint business mission.”
Tim Barnett, Credas CEO, added: “By working together [with Andrews Property Group] , we can help reduce some of the friction in the home-buying process while ensuring their clients feel supported and protected every step of the way.”
