John Minnis opened a new office in Bangor yesterday, adding to the estate agency’s other offices in Holywood, Donaghadee, Belfast, and Comber.

Joining forces with Mortgage IQ, following a five-year relationship, the new branch is located at 84 Main Street in the city centre.

“We are so excited to be opening our new branch in the heart of Bangor,” said John Minnis. “We can’t wait to see what the future holds, especially now it has been named as Northern Ireland’s newest city.”

The estate agency, which specialises in residential sales and lettings, property management, new developments, land consultation and valuations, is hoping to swiftly increase market share in the local area.

He added: “Bangor is a hugely desirable location with great infrastructure and beautiful coastline, with its great schools, restaurants, shopping and leisure facilities, and NI’s largest marina. We are thrilled to be a part of the community.”
