Alto begins roll-out of new reporting functionality

Alto has started rolling out its new reporting functionality, which can also now be downloaded in a range of formats including CSV and XLSX.

Currently in beta, the reporting is now available to all Alto’s customers, with those taking part in the pilot currently having access to a new sales performance dashboard which allows users to analyse historical branch performance with key conversion metrics automatically calculated and see a near-term forecast.

Additional changes to this new sales performance dashboard include data visualisations that agents can tweak on the fly to consider other key data points of interest.

Alto, part of Houseful, says revamping Alto’s reporting functionality was prioritised as a direct result of feedback from agents through its Software Advisory Board.

Customers interested in joining the reporting functionality beta can visit the ‘reporting beta’ under the existing Reports menu in Alto.

The next dashboards focused on Applicants and Lettings respectively will be available in the next few months.

Riccardo Dawson, chief operating officer at Alto said: “Dramatically improving Alto’s reporting functionality has been a key focus over the past year for the Alto team and we’re excited to be unveiling these improvements to our customer base. This is just the beginning of what’s to come with reporting in Alto with brand new best-in-class reports coming soon in areas including lettings and property management.”

Alto’s announcement this morning that its estate agency has started rolling out its latest reporting functionality comes a day after OTM informed agents signed up to its service that OnTheMarket Software, formerly teclet, is to cease operation.
