Well, we did ask …
Have you changed your window displays ahead of OnTheMarket’s launch on Monday?
We have, it is fair to say, been inundated.
So, apologies if we haven’t picked out yours among the many – it has been difficult to choose.
However, it is fair to say that we are very impressed by all the sticker activity!
We also asked for increased window activity in support of Rightmove and/or Zoopla.
We haven’t had any entrants on this theme yet but would be interested to see what agents have done.
Of all the pictures submitted to us so far, we think the most striking comes from the Ely firm of David Clark and Company, with its internal signage.
That said, surely the OTM colour scheme was invented with Barons (of Basingstoke) in mind.
But if you can do better – well, keep us in the picture!
Meanwhile, Facebook has plenty more OTM photos here
And if you haven’t got round to stocking up on your stickers yet, Ravensworth is an official supplier here
If the goal of this exercise is to entice young children to throw eggs at your store windows, I give these branches highest marks!

Langford Russel obviously get so much foot traffic that they thought " well let's put done big red circles over all their properties. If anyone at that branch is left making actual logical business decisions can turn the lights off on the way out …

I love it..well done everyone..if 4000+Branches are already doing this it won't take long before the public know about OTM combined with national advertising and many more agents signing up post launch…can't wait to see the Tv campaign

It will take a VERY long time for the public to change their habits; estate agent windows are as significant to today’s market as fountain pens!
The TV campaign will need to run none stop for year in impact most people.

Never mind the window displays, I'm looking forward to seeing all these agents heading off to valuations on their scooters, wearing their parkas with the logo on the back.

I hated the logo at first! Name is great (although not related to property, doh @danny! still waiting for a reply from yesterday)…………..but defo no big fan of the logo and I mentioned it on here……… BUT I have to say wait until you see the TV advert! more so wait until the nation sees the TV advert………………… mock it, call it, target it how you like (see what I did there)………fact is, it is a ****** good advert, strong brand, memorable name and supported by a passionate bunch who are determined to help make it work…….. Good luck to Ian and his team for Monday! Hopefully sooner or later fence sitters will see enough to come on board….. hey and well done Vebra delivering the "earlybird" function next week as confirmed yesterday…. superb.

So stickers are going to inform the general public of the impending demise…I mean launch of OTM….combined with a TV ad running after launch…oh and a whopping (sarcastic giggle) advertising budget of £8 million…..lets hope that OTM succeeds because if it fails the agents who will have to return to Rightmove or Zoopla cap in hand will have to take the astronomic price rises like men!!

I'd like to know where you have plucked 8m marketing budget from?….remember it was us agents that did this for RM years ago…main reason Zoopla have never reached no 1….agents do not promote it…..OTM national combined with local advertising..it will take time but it will happen

Stickers look brilliant and it may well get the public to have a look at the site once the valuers have been out to sell the story, then reality will kick in when they find what looks like a half finished site with 'a few' local properties on, don't any of you clowns realise that the public don't have a problem with what they use at the moment?

Sorry Chrispy that isn't quite correct. I am one of the public looking for property and I don't use any property portal, simply because they do not work. Using a car analogy what the public are putting up with is an Austin A series engine powering an Evoque but that is only because that is the only engine they are being offered.
