Agency opens first office in Oxford

Inspired Sales & Acquisitions, part of Finders Keepers, has opened its first office in Oxford.

This is the firm’s first ever ‘shop front’ in Summertown and it will serve as a sales and acquisitions centre for all of Oxfordshire.

According to Douglas Lloyd, associate director at Finders Keepers, this expansion has come from a significant increase in the number of sales and acquisitions achieved over the last couple of years and the associated increase in team size.

Lloyd said: “We have helped many landlords to sell properties over the years as part of our ‘Inspired’ service.

“Over the last 18 months or so the department has really flourished, with clients valuing the team’s expert and personal service, especially through what has been a tricky time.”

The new Oxford office is headed up by Maxine Allington, head of Inspired Sales & Acquisitions.

Lloyd added: “Maxine and her team are results-driven and work hard to guide their customers through the process from sale agreed to completion.

“The opening of their own customer facing office represents their success and will enable them to help more vendors who are looking for an honest and tailored service.”

As an estate agent, spending £50 seems a luxury..  this company must have different income streams.
