Devon-headquartered Webbers Estate Agents has announced a series of events and initiatives to celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2024. 

The agency, with 14 branches across the south west of England, is also unveiling a new website this month, with the aim of enhancing client experience and streamlining property transactions.

As part of the 100th anniversary celebrations, any new vendor or fully managed landlord will be automatically entered into the agency’s ‘1924 Monthly Draw’ and will remain in the hat every month until their home is sold or let. The prize will be a cheque for £1,924, paid every month for 12 months.

In addition, all 14 offices have handpicked a local charity of their choice and will raise money to help their communities, as well as raising funds for Young Lives Vs Cancer. 

Malcolm Prescott, Webbers’ managing director, expressed excitement about the company reaching its centenary milestone.
