mydeposits and Ome, both part of Hamilton Fraser, have launched a new quarterly survey aimed at agents, landlords and tenants alike.
The new survey, which is now live, is designed to gauge how the rental market has been affected by the unprecedented events of 2020 by gathering the opinions of people who live and work within the rental sector.
Running from 7 December until 22 December, those who complete the survey will also have the opportunity to opt in to a prize draw for a chance to win one of six £50 Amazon vouchers.
mydeposits has been protecting tenants’ deposits since 2007, and Ome was launched earlier this year to a diversifying rental market.
The partners hope this survey will be key in helping to offer advice on changing needs within the market, and plan to continue to run joint surveys on a quarterly basis.
Tailored questions aimed at agents focus on accommodating tenants’ needs, their relationships with tenants’ and communication methods.
Matthew Hooker, co-founder of Ome, commented “Our joint survey is now live, and we hope this will be the first of many with our partner, mydeposits. We also look forward to analysing the data and formulating unique and interesting conclusions with the results.”
