O’Neill Patient acquires Conveyancing Alliance

O’Neill Patient (ONP) has acquired broker platform Conveyancing Alliance Limited (CAL) from ULS Technology Plc.

CAL, which focuses specifically on the needs of brokers, estate agents and their clients, is the second purchase ONP has made in the past eight months.

CAL offers conveyancing services from a panel of law firms, including ONP. It will continue to provide access to this range of law firms.

Similarly, ONP, one of the UK’s leading conveyancing practices, will continue to work closely with broker panel managers.

ONP and CAL both focus on offering a flexible and personal service and on providing brokers and estate agents with access to dedicated support.

Andy Scaife, CEO of ONP, said: “Conveyancing Alliance is an exciting acquisition for ONP.  It is a great business which we intend to continue to operate as it currently does. We have consistently grown our market share by providing the very best service along with the very best technology platform, making our service one of the fastest and most comprehensive in the country. The ONP Group continues to trade well, as it has throughout the year, demonstrating the strength of the business.

“I want to emphasise the importance that we place on all introducers, panel managers, brokers and estate agents. We have worked hard over a number of years to build close working relationships and we intend to continue to work with all of our customer partners, across the industry, to provide the same exemplary service we have become well known for.”

Being a part of ONP has been described as “a perfect partnership” for CAL by the group’s CEO, Mark Snape.

He commented: “We have very successfully worked with ONP for a number of years. Their approach to conveyancing and to high quality, personal service, while using market leading technology to achieve a quick turnaround mirrors our own. With the ambitions of the ONP Group to invest and grow, we will be able to continue to expand and enhance our services to both brokers and estate agents”
