The Guild of Property Professionals hits the road to help agents boost their business

The Guild of Property Professionals has launched a series of regional roadshows to help agents boost their business and overcome impending changes such as the tenant fees ban.

The theme is “Mindset, Skillset, Toolset” and will focus on offering agents’ techniques to thrive in a challenging economic environment.

Meetings will be held throughout May, with the final show in Northern Ireland.

Each roadshow event includes a Guild products and services launch, with preferential rates given to Guild agents, a free local market report and national market overview, practical tips and advice to overcome challenges of the tenant fees ban, as well as a compliance presentation from the Guild’s compliance officer Paul Offley.

There will also be two estate agency training sessions in the afternoon with chief executive Iain McKenzie offering insight into the methods of business growth through acquisition, maximisation and retention, as well as practical tips for estate agents.

McKenzie said: “It’s a fantastic day for all the team, so book everyone on and come ready for a great day of industry insider tips.”

Guild members can book through the Member’s Hub.

Agents interested in joining The Guild can apply to attend by invitation only. For more information contact 020 7629 4141 or email parklane@guildproperty.co.uk
