Nicky Stevenson, former managing director of the Property Academy, has been appointed team director at Keller Williams UK.
She will be based London, where she is tasked with the job of growing the Mayfair hub.
Widely known for organising prestigious agent awards in association with The Sunday Times and The Times, Stevenson has been working with estate agency owners and directors across the country to help them overcome the challenge of growing their businesses in a highly competitive market.
Stevenson said: “Joining Keller Williams at this exciting time of their rapid expansion in the UK is an incredible opportunity.
“Their training is deemed to be the best in the world and their focus on technology makes them an innovative and unique company to be a part of.
“I’m honoured to be working alongside such a high calibre of industry professionals both from the UK and internationally, and to continue my career focus on recruiting, training and growing property businesses.”
Ben Taylor, managing director of Keller Williams UK, said: “We’re delighted to have someone of Nicky’s proven track record joining the Keller Williams family.
“With her people skills, dedication to training and her knowledge of the property sector, they are all a perfect fit for KW’s focus on encouraging entrepreneurs to build sustainable, profitable businesses.”
Taylor claims that Keller Williams is “well on track” for opening ten hubs across the UK by the end of this year with hubs already in London locations of Mayfair and London Bridge, plus Leeds, Glasgow and Bromley in Kent.
The latest hub to open is in Weybridge, Surrey, led by Pritesh Shah.
I’ve known Nicky from her days at the Property Academy.
What an excellent hire for Keller Williams!
