The Leaders Romans Group has announced two new directors, with both appointments forming part of the business’s strategy of diversification and specific expertise.
James Hogan has joined as group corporate client director, where he will work closely with a variety of corporate clients including house builders, asset managers, housing associations, government bodies and charities.
Hogan will be advising them on disposal of property assets, whilst also advising on part exchange and assisted sales.
Adrian Plant has joined as new homes and shared ownership director and brings a considerable amount of expertise to his role, having worked in the property industry for over 30 years.
Based in London but covering all regions across the UK, he will work with house building and housing association clients, advising them on residential development opportunities throughout the country.
Peter Kavanagh, group managing director, commented: “A major part of our group strategy is to continue to diversify the services we provide and to provide them across the whole of our high street network.
“The arrival of James and Adrian enables us to develop our property services, which will add great value to our existing clients.
“All political parties have made clear their aspiration to build more new homes and we believe there is a great opportunity for us to use our network of residential sales offices around the country to market shared ownership schemes on behalf of housing association clients and to provide more people with the opportunity to purchase a home.”
There’s going to be a Big ‘un fail next year. I wonder what odds I could get on this lot?
