Software users to see costs go up 10% next month

Users of software Expert Agent are going to have their subscriptions hiked 10% on April 1.

Customers on an initial contract term will see their subscriptions increase once that period comes to an end.

Expert Agent was acquired by ZPG a year ago, although the purchase subsequently had to be cleared by the Competition and Markets Authority.

Its founder Mike Griffiths left the business last September.

A spokesperson for ZPG said of next month’s price rise: “Since we acquired Expert Agent last year we have been busy investing in the product and team.

“Over the coming months we will be integrating MoveIt and PropertyFile into Expert Agent unlocking huge revenue earnings potential and enabling customers to win more instructions and save on admin costs.

“There have been no price rises for Expert Agent over the last three years which is still one of the lowest cost solutions in the market and incredibly good value.”

No price rises for three years? Here is confirmation that additional benefits are yet to be implemented and yet what happened to the price soon after Z snaffled them up? Perhaps the CMA could look into how fair on customers a 200% price difference for the same product either side of acquistion is?

Friends and industry colleagues had the same with Jupix and not surprisingly here is a repeat with Expert Agent. Spare a thought for those who left Jupix to expert agent to escape Zoopla and find themselves back in the lions den.

Well can you sort your page refresh out …did you know users get  a 404 error instead of a nice refresh to the login page when idol for a while. .

also stop hiding so much from the user..  the workflow on expert agent is terrible..i forget what to do everytime i go on it.  dont think ive put a house on yet without forgetting to do something like tick the portal box or add the epc…   checklist please.

it is all clever stuff though…granted

Might add as well that we give £1000 to rightmove for doing nothing and software companies get not alot for something we use all day long.  keep strong guys..
