An online agent, HouseSimple, has made it into The Leap 100, a list of the country’s fastest-growing companies assembled by City am and Mischcon de Reya.

Also in the list of rapidly growing companies to watch is insurance company Hamilton Fraser, which runs tenancy deposit scheme mydeposits as well as the Property Redress scheme.

Hamilton Fraser also specialises in providing insurance to those working in cosmetic surgery and next month will be launching a consumer redress scheme for the cosmetic, aesthetic and beauty industry.

The company, headed by co-founder Eddie Hooker, employs over 160 people and plans to double in size within five years.

Also in The Leap list is David Phillips, which provides furniture packages, and Property Partner, the brainchild of Daniel Gandesha, which allows investors to buy and trade ‘shares’ in residential properties.
