Estate agency recruitment specialist Rayner Personnel has opened a new franchise in the south of England.

It is headed by Guy and Pascale Hodge.

Guy Hodge has been in the residential property sector for over 35 years.

He was a director at GA Property Services (now Your Move) before setting up his own firm, Lords Estate Agents, in Kingston upon Thames in 1991 which he eventually sold in 2014.

Pascale Hodge previously worked for many years both in the legal profession and in recruitment, and eventually joined Lords and became a director, mainly focusing on human resources.

The franchise covers Surrey, Sussex, Kent and the south of London, and will be based in Epsom.
