Sales ManagerOur Client an independent Estate Agent are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their high profile Northampton office.The Sales Manager will be expected to take full responsibility for the success of the office by leading and motivating the team to achieve set targets and objectives within agreed time frames.The successful candidate will be dynamic hungry and happy to work on own initiative. A proven track record in sales and some previous managerial experience within a successful agency is essential.
