ESTATE AGENTS – CHINGFORDPROPERTY MANAGER – E4A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to work in an independent Estate Agents in East LondonThey are currently searching for a Property Manager to take over their large property portfolio.Your role will include:• Acting as the primary point of contact for Tenants and Landlords• Identifying and verifying maintenance issues• Coordinating site visits periodically and producing reports• Maintaining a property portfolio with property inspections and check outs• Obtaining quotations and references from contractors • Instructing contractors and ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely manner• Keeping accurate and comprehensive records on each property • Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety regulationsThe ideal candidate will be:• Conscientious and proactive • Experienced in Residential Property Management • Knowledge of the London area• Up-to-date on Health and Safety regulations• Excellent interpersonal skills• Have the ability to work well as a team as well as on your ownIn return you will receive a handsome salary of circa £20k depending on experience.For more information on this position or to apply please contact Charlotte Gowerson 01268 967285 or email CV to charlotte.gowers@amrgroup.co.uk
