Our client is a well-known multi office Docklands Independent Estate Agency currently looking for a Letting Negotiator to join their prestigious new SE3 office.The successful candidate will have:• Over 1 years’ experience as a Letting Negotiator (preferably in high worth South East London property rentals) • Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in valuing and listing properties (Instruction winning)• Have the ability / initiative to create opportunities for new business• You will also possess excellent communication skills• Demonstrate a proven sales record• Be dynamic self-motivated and career driven.With a generous commission package which rewards success and car or allowance this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is ambitious and keen to demonstrate their capability in a company that rewards achievement.
