WANTED: Senior Negotiator/Lettings Manager.With an excellent local reputation and a well-known brand our client is one of the most successful independent estate agencies in their area. They are currently looking for an ambitious and dynamic Senior Lettings Negotiator/Manager.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced negotiator seeking a new challenge and the prospect of taking their career to the next level.The role will include the following but not be limited to: -Taking responsibility for the success and profitability of the lettings department.Canvassing for new business and promoting the lettings aspect of the business in the area.Devising and implementing marketing strategies to attract landlords and tenants.Arranging and carrying out property valuations.Arranging property viewings.Carrying out all relevant tenant checks.Maintaining communication with landlords & prospective tenants.Co-ordinating the recruitment and training of staff.Setting monitoring and hitting targets.SKILLS REQUIRED:2-3 years experience as a negotiator or managerValuations experienceExceptional ability to communicate at all levelsGreat interpersonal skillsCFP Software knowledge.Ability to work under pressureCustomer Relationship ManagementComputer literatePERSONALITY TRAITS:Leadership qualitiesDetermined Target-orientatedPositive mentalityWell-presentedArticulateFor more information regarding this opportunity please call us on 0203 7719426.
