Our client a highly successful independent firm is looking for an Branch Manager to lead this already highly profitable office.As a Branch Manager your role will involve:• Ensuring that the business strategy is communicated to the Sales team.• Motivating the team and training in new business generation.• Achieving your own personal objectives and targets.• Understanding the profit and loss account in assisting the office in a pro-active manner. • Ensuring that all internal audit standards are maintained.• Enhancing the company brand and advertising.• Developing strong relationships with your colleagues and customers.• Identifying opportunities to work with and referring business to other departments/divisions.Key Requirements:• 3 years experience in Residential Property Sales.• Local area knowledge is essential• Proven track record in winning instructions and hitting targets.• Team player who is able to lead and motivate others around you.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.• A positive `can do` attitude and good IT skills.An excellent incentive package is offer along with career progression into senior management.
