Our client is a well respected multi branch independent estate agent. They are looking for an experienced part time residential sales negotiator at their successful South Derbyshire branch. Full training and support will be given and there is a great opportunity for progression.You will be responsible for selling a wide range of residential properties managing the whole process from arranging viewings to completing the sale. It is a target driven position and to be considered you must be able to work under pressure.Previous estate agency experience is essential. The ideal candidate is one who stands out from the rest with a really strong personality and the drive and passion to make a real impact.To be considered for the role you must possess a driving licence and your own car. My client will pay a pro rata salary of £14000 plus commission.
