An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager for our client a leading Independent Estate Agent for their offices in North Liverpool.The Role:Branch Manager* To manage the day to day estate agency business within a defined business location working closely with staff and Directors to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.Key Objectives:* Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets* Setting and reviewing performance standards* Motivating with rewards and incentives* Development of team members* Implementing agreed business plans* Listing and selling properties* Maintain a compliant businessExperience / Qualifications:You will need: *2+ years as a high performer* 2+ years experience in the Estate Agency industry* Experience of assuming some management responsibilities.Basic Salary £25k/£30k+ depending on experience + bonus + commission.£4200 car allowance.24 days holiday.For further details please contact Shaun Brogan – shaun.brogan@amrgroup.co.uk
