FULL TIMERENTALS CO-ORDINATOR We currently have a permanent full time job vacancy for the role of Rentals Co-ordinator working in our busy lettings team based in North Leeds. Would you like to be part of a successful lettings team based at our Leeds office in This full time role is key to the success of our business as the successful applicant will meet & greet our landlord clients tenants applicants and anyone else calling into our busy office or contacting us via phone/email. You will be responsible for dealing with general property enquiries booking viewings with prospective tenants processing tenancy applications (including check-ins) handling valuation requests from potential new clients and ensuring that customer service levels are maintained.Experience of working in a similar position is preferred.The ideal candidate will be someone with energy and enthusiasm someone who is very well presented and articulate and someone with great communication skills.You will enjoy meeting and talking to new people be competent on the phone and with a computer and be able to multi-task in what is a busy professional office environment.Would you like to be part of a successful lettings team based at our North Leeds office ?
