Valuer – Upmarket and Respected AgencyOur client are a well respected established and dynamic estate agency with well placed and modern offices within Nottingham.They are now looking to recruit an experienced valuer. The role will involve attending market appraisals with the majority of property in the mid to top end price range and winning the instruction at a competitive fee and a t a realistic asking price.The ideal person will have at least 3 years property experience and be used to valuing property. The role will require someone who is pro-active and can self generate and self motivate themselves as the role comes with a high degree of autonomy.
