Our client are looking for a highly motivated down to earth professional for a role in their expanding lettings department.They are looking for someone to complement their team with great customer service skills who can communicate well & will strive to meet & exceed targets.Key Responsibilities:•Responding to leads from their website and telephone•Source and generate market appraisals•Register prospective leads & viewings on Reapit database •Carry out viewings •Negotiate all aspects of proposed lets while understanding clients’ needs•Liaise with the admin team and property management department to ensure a seamless service to landlords and tenants•Always act in a professional manner complying with all legal requirements and the rules of the professional bodies of which they are members•Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve service levelsSkills & Experience:•Someone who has ambition drive & will achieve and strive to exceed all targets •Experience in property sales / lettings industry preferred however this is not essential & training will be provided•Excellent communication and customer service skills•Full clean driving licence•Good organisational skills and a professional manner•Good command of spoken & written English•Foreign language/s a benefit but not essentialFor more information regarding this position please call us on 0203 7719426.
