Brand leading Epsom estate agent is looking to strengthen their already successful Rental team with an experienced Letting Negotiator.With previous & recent experience as a Letting Negotiator the ideal candidate will be a driven individual with a strong work ethic and someone who is highly motivated to achieve targets in a competitive but friendly environment. With a minimum of 1 years letting experience the role involves:• Dealing with all new rental enquires• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers• Generating letting paperwork and dealing with references/ deposits etc• Meeting weekly monthly & annual targets for booking viewings and letting properties• A comprehensive understanding of current letting regulation & legislation is a pre-requisite.In Return:• You will work a five day week (including alternative Saturdays)• Receive a competitive basic salary• A generous commission structure that rewards success & commitment• Use of a pool car
