They require a target driven ambitious Lettings Manager for their successful Catford office and its expanding Lettings Department going from strength to strength. This is a great career opportunity within a rapidly expanding progressive property focussed business. Reporting into the Branch Manager you will be a key member of the branch success story. They require an individual for the Letting Manager position who can realise their potential so you will need drive determination and flexibility in order to achieve beyond your objectives. Key responsibilities within the role will be:• Prospecting for new business across your region• Ensuring effective communication with other divisions to maximise business opportunities• Conducting competitive landlord valuations• Agreeing new tenancies and hitting target• Managing Letting team Uncapped earnings potential including competitive basic salary generous bonus scheme car or allowance and the other benefits that you would expect from a market leading plc.
