A National Property company is looking for a Regional Valuer for the Staffordshire area. Have you worked as a Branch Manager or Senior Valuer but do not feel that you a fully rewarded for your efforts?Are you self motivated disciplined have the ability to work independently and have the desire and energy to work hard but reap the rewards for doing so?Our client is looking for and retains only the best people. Their staff members are firstly recruited for their expertise and attitude then through training and development they are helped to excel !Geographically based around the Staffordshire Area using your own car it does require the ability to cover a large area although an allowance and expenses will be paid.Home based all enquiries and leads are pre-qualified and supplied to you.• Attend 4 site visits per day • Be organised and prepared • Build rapport quickly and easily• Report back to other team members by a set time• Be available to cover different areas during colleagues holidays• Be able to take high quality photos quickly and accurately• Be computer literate• Be able to value a property quickly and easily • Follow systems and processes• Negotiate contracts • Ensure documentation is kept up to date and notes are filed securely• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with all issues of business especially when handling sensitive situations and information.This position is best suited to individuals who are driven flexible energetic fantastic rapport builders and confident closers.This is a full time career position and a fantastic role for a great valuer /lister to join our client for a long term move which attracts a good package and earnings tooPlease call Kellie or Nick on 0121 222 5011 or email your cv to Midlands@amrgroup.co.uk
