Branch Manager

Our client is an independent company, looking to take on a highly organised individual with strong leadership skills, to take on their branch in Royston. Previous experience in an Estate Agency background is a must. Preferably a candidate with experience managing a branch or an Assistant Branch Manager, looking to take the next step in their career. Our client will provide the right candidate with excellent training and support.

This role will include but will not be limited to the duties below:

you will be responsible for all aspects of managing and growing your business.

Lead by example and inspire a team of negotiators. This will include setting KPI’s and targets and ensuring they are met.

Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure you are delivering the highest level of customer service to buyers and sellers.

Driving the sales process; attracting, winning and retaining business to grow market share whilst representing and promoting the company’s brand values and core beliefs as well as demonstrating our core competencies and behaviours.

The ideal candidate must:

Possess the ability to represent their brand and firm in a positive light and have a customer focused attitude towards estate agency.

Have strong leadership skills.
