Our client is a well known and established Estate Agent with offices across London. They are looking for a hardworking senior sales negotiator to join one of their most successful offices.
The ideal candidate:
Fast paced, driven, dynamic, charming, persevering and dedicated to thrive in a busy sales environment.
Able to build rapport quickly with applicants and vendors
You must have a full UK driver’s license
You must have a minimum of two years experience in Estate Agency
Roles and responsibilities – Including but not limited to:
Grow volume of new business and income production to the branch
Accountable quality of customer care
Treating Customer Fairly in accordance with the group service standards
Meet targets set by line manager
Report weekly statistics to line manager
Arrange appointments to view properties
Ensure properties are relevant & appropriate for applicants needs
Work proactively to ensure all properties are exposed to the maximum amount of applicants
