An opportunity to join one of the oldest and most successful independent Estate Agents in Kent
My Client:-
- Handle c130-140 properties per annum
- Management portfolio of over 100 properties
- Have a very successful Residential Sales Department
- A rapidly growing Holiday Cottages lettings division Keepers Cottages
- Seek a manager to start in August 2015
- Offer a good basic salary plus bonus
The Applicant:-
- Must have at least 5-10 years’ experience,
- Be adaptable
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to use software programmes
- Responsible for full Management of properties dealing with maintenance & repairs
- Drawing up and checking inventories
- Finding tenants and carrying out relevant checks
- Liaising with accounts over payments, deposits and fees
