My Clients exciting expansion plans means they are looking to recruit an experienced Lister to join their operation in Kent.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years estate agency experience and at least 6 months property valuing or listing experience.
As a Lister you will need to have confidence in winning business, with a competitive nature and a desire to earn your worth. Gaining new instructions will be your forte.
Essential skills for the role includes:
o Current Estate Agency Experience
o Valuations experience
o Driven & Motivated
o Proven success in an Estate Agent role including excellent conversion rates
o Ability to win new business
o Deal Closer
o Excellent presentation & communication Skills
o Polished & Well Presented Estate Agency Skills
Own car and clean driving licence essential.
