The Company
Our client is an established Property Group with a worldwide presence.
Specialising in commercial property and business sales, this international organisation enjoys an enviable reputation, with a strong and recognisable brand.
Due to continued success and increased business levels, we are now looking to recruit a Graduate Valuation Surveyor to work in their Newcastle city centre office.
This position is ideally suited to a recent Surveying Graduate who is now keen to develop their career and gain their RICS accreditation and become APC qualified, as the role will offer an excellent mix of pre-qualification experience with full training and support being available.
The Role
You will be working in the commercial property department, training to undertake commercial property valuations in order to gain your APC. Activities and responsibilities will include:
- Working to a Structured Training Agreement to ultimately secure the professional experience and qualifications that are required for the APC
- Train to undertake commercial trading property valuations in the licensed & leisure, healthcare and retail sectors
- General client liaison
- Assisting with the preparation of surveying documents and reports
The Person
- You must be a recent Graduate with a property related degree and have the drive and determination to build a career in the sector
- A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
- You must be highly motivated, self-assured and comfortable in using initiative
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
