Reapit and raterAgent have announced a new partnership.
Agents using Reapit’s software will now be able to generate an email to a customer directly from the software requesting a raterAgent review.
The free integration is designed to capture testimonial opportunities which can then be used as a marketing tool.
Mal McCallion, CEO of raterAgent, said: “By partnering with Reapit we’re making it easy for agents to generate testimonials and use them to show their next clients how good they are.”
Simon Whale, director at Reapit, said: “We know that our agents are the best in the business and that their clients can testify to that, and we know that testimonials are fantastic for lead generation – word of mouth is our biggest driver of new business opportunities.
“What’s been missing is the simplicity of capturing that testimony on a trustworthy and transparent independent review website.
“By partnering with raterAgent – who have a checking system to weed out fake reviews – we’re confident that anecdotal evidence of our agents’ quality will become documented fact.”
The Competition and Markets Authority recently strengthened its guidelines for review sites – which in the property industry include allAgents – so that they:
- Must subject both negative and positive reviews to rigorous checks for fakes
- Must have strong procedures in place to remove these fakes
- Must make it clear to site users why their review might not be published
- Must clearly disclose any commercial relationships they have with the businesses listed
- Must not give businesses the right to block reviews they do not like
