Agents flock to Propertymark’s new referral platform

Propertymark says more than 2,000 users have registered for its new referral and lead generation platform, Connect, within days of its launch.

The platform, which went live on 1 June, allows Propertymark members to send and receive referrals, valuation requests and instructions through a network of agents in the UK and overseas.

According to Propertymark, member agents have already uploaded properties covering almost 1.7 million postcodes across the UK.

Connect is available free of charge to Propertymark members and is designed to help agents identify referral partners, pass leads between businesses and access valuation opportunities generated through Propertymark’s commercial partners.

The platform also enables agents to search for referral partners using criteria such as service standards, responsiveness and instruction volumes.

Propertymark said its onboarding team is continuing to support members using the platform as registrations increase.

Jason Lee, head of commercial at Propertymark, said: “The response to Connect has exceeded our expectations. Reaching more than 2,000 registered users demonstrates the demand for a platform that helps agents collaborate, generate business and support consumers more effectively.

“With properties now uploaded across nearly 1.7 million postcodes throughout the UK, Connect is already creating valuable opportunities for members to receive warmer leads, secure instructions, and build trusted referral relationships across the UK and internationally.

“These early results are incredibly encouraging and show how members are embracing the platform to grow their businesses and deliver better outcomes for consumers.”
